It looks to me like you guys need to see what you can do there in NH to cause the judge to lose his job OR to NOT BE REELECTED if that’s the way he got his job. That would be the way to punish the son of a bitch. Getting your men jailed -I don’t know if that’s going to accomplish much but I know the judge wouldn’t like it one bit if he thought you guys would cause him not to be reelected. The same should be done with other public officials who don’t respect our constitutional rights.
WTF! Correct me if I’m wrong, but you guys in NH seem like a bunch of bone headed SOBs. In the interest of full disclosure, I’m a FSP member, pledged to move to NH in 2010. Getting oneself thrown in jail ’cause you don’t know what the F is going on, seems counter productive. The court room is a battlefield. And when you go there, the object is to leave your opponent dead & bleeding on the floor (figuratively speaking). But instead, you guys got your head handed to you… way to F-ing go!
Judges, if that is what this one was, do these things because we allow it. You wouldn’t have to look too deeply to find the ‘judge’ committed more than a couple of criminal violations. Criminal complaints and bar grievances will get the judge and his pals thinking. Same applies to rouge cops. Check out RuleOfLawRadio.
look, im all about fuck the system and my belief in my rights aren’t the same as the belief in what “thier” laws are, but…..ur in court, follow the rules…its not like he was in ur home telling you what to do,you got 93 days for bein an idiot, u knew somethin like this was gunna happen. so u got what u deserved 93 days for bein an idoit, 93 days you’ll never see again….whats ur point? u didnt even get a word in edgewise!
I somewhat agree (as a law enforcement officer & libertarian), the actual complaint should have been challenged by the state’s equivalent to a motion to dismiss, or quash, etc.
Getting arrested, while displaying the theater of the absurd, doesn’t have the same effect as demonstrating the stupidity of all these “victimless” crimes (which start as civil matters but become “criminal” when you fail to comply).
This whole matter should be challenged within the system, and the “immunity” of the actors should be challenged in parallel fashion.
Looking at this, and looking at the vid from the courtroom where the suit-and-tie came walzing up even before the judge did this si-stand-sit crap, it seems like this is about a guy they suspected would maintain constitutional right and so on in the court, thus they had an intention of getting rid of him before he could say anything.
Justice and democracy yay.
Free Ian NOW!
I’m all for the ridley report don’t get me wrong but how does someone threaten anothers right to remain silent. They can’t make you talk, especially with the 5th amendment. Are the Ridley Report guys familiar with 18 USC 241&242?
watch theantiterrorist utube channel for tips to handle fascist judges
Nice videos, but too many jokes.
the trick is not to go to court in the frist place
just wanted to thank you for wasting tax dollars for court time and jail time with your little game of civil disobedience you fn jackasses
If a judge requires the participants in his court to behave like gentlemen , Then the same is required of this Judge.
This judge will get what he deserves, If he deserves respect he will receive it. his title of judge gives him no title of nobility that is forbidden by our Constitution. He can no more make any man stand or kneel, or use any tool within the government to coheres any free man to rise or fall at his mere presence. We the people are Kings in America,He is our servant.
Standing up for your rights and fighting laws that aren’t real is not a waste of time. If more people would stand for there rights then maybe they would still be known rights. The court is the one wasting time and money…. On a stand/sitdown law OMG please.
your a douche. You should do research before commenting.
don’t forget to take the vaccine and drink plenty of fluoride …bahhhhhhhhh sheeple…
Agreed. They also don’t seem to understand the full scope of what they do and say.
Fascist.
that what we pay taxes for. not the fascism you speak of.
No problem. When they stop wasting private time & dollars enforcing victimless crimes it will no longer be necessary you f#$%tard.
The judge should be removed from the bench post haste.
It seems to me that there is a mental health problem here… shouldn’t the judges be assessed? His behaviour was a bit strange to say the least.
I think its funny that these judges have nothing better to do. Maybe they should come to California and take care of some buisiness here. There are people smoking crack on our apartment stairwell and nothing ever gets done about it. I wonder what that judge would do in this case or the cops.
There is supposed to be a wall between church and state. There is no place in a democratic society for the medieval religious ritualism embedded into court rules and policies.
