We need to reinstate the Grand Jury system in Canada. That’s what keeps a check on the courts. The courts abolished the Grand Jury in Canada in the 1970s.
Thats it, the existing defacto, commercial courts are simply perpetuating the scam, no justice.
Court de-jure ( the people make the law ) Its our country, time to take it back lawfully.

One issue I see is that the Judicial Review could be done by a court from another province as they are not a direct party to the scheme. I dont expect that you would get justice from another provinces court as they themselves are involved in a simmilar scheme.
Would that give credence to exclude other provincial courts from doing a judicial review?

without recourse to the superior courts in the province of BC your only option is to petition the supreme court of Canada for a ruling on the merits of the assumptions that are being made. as the superior court itself is a party to this apparent collusion and are in conflict of interest they are the only court who can hear and rule on this case short of going to the world court.
but i believe the appellate court would hear the case and rule in your favor. at which point they would stipulate a time line for the government to rectify the confusion by amending the MVA or rewriting it altogether.
most provinces use similar technique in their MVActs. and they would be unable to rule in their own jurisdiction should a motion be brought forth.
