second of all, i get the whole, its not only the cops fault. im not against police in any way. its not like i hate them, its their job and SOMEONE does have to uphold the law. but seriously bro? are you telling me you want a motherfucker like that policing your streets? i dont care if they were warned, call in backup, bring them down to the station, book it all up. there was no reason to tackle the kid, etc etc.

and you are 100% wrong. city property is not theirs to do as they see fit. there is a city law that states skating on sidewalks is prohibited. funny how they skaters were found guilty in court. as a citizen or visitor of hot springs, ark you must obey all of its laws or suffer the possible penalties for your actions. so again, they cannot skate wherever they want.

I hear you guys saying skateboarding doesn’t hurt anyone. Try owning a business and some kid who really isn’t bothering anyone topples and cracks his head open on a table you own. That business owner then has to worry about getting sued by douch bag parents. NYC has a few skate parks that aren’t to bad.
