All The Idiot had to do was get out lock his doors and ask for a State Police and that is it. I do that all the Time when I get stopped and they let me go. I get stopped alot becuase I haull horses and cattle and have to go through a check point alot sometimes even 5 times aday. I get stopped atleast 2 out of those. get out Lock your door and ask for a state trooper and you won’t get tased.

Doesn’t that require that the order be lawful? Warrantless searches are not legal orders. These officers violated their oath of office by giving the order, they should be in JAIL. NOT simply out of a job, in jail.

There’s a world of difference between ‘legal’ and ‘lawful’, they are NOT THE SAME THING! He was exercising his LAWFUL right to travel freely on the highways, without his rights being violated. He could have handled it better for sure. Those guys should be in jail, they have committed criminal offences and are personally liable and responsible for their actions by wilfully causing harm and injury to a flesh and blood living soul and his property.
