why so violent ? official training, people this comes from the top. the police are now militarized. your local army, here to keep you in check to ‘ordinances’ and ‘statutes’, because the “Law” isn’t really on their side.
i say sue for twice or three times their yearly budget.
We should be allowed to sue them personally, because otherwise it’s just tax money.
DUI checkpoints shouldn’t even be legal. Even SCOTUS wrote they were not constitutional, but they were going to allow them anyway.
Whats the point of the constitution if the court says it only counts when they decide it does?
“we had all these leuitenants and supervisors on the scene (no doubt training them on how to kick the shite out of an unarmed joint smoker) and this was just a normal arrest” – people should really wake up to the fact that our police are not here to serve and protect. That’s the joke of the century.
They are “militarized” and “federalized” nazis. Privately, the state applauds this outcome because of the fear it creates of police. They want their slaves to fear, and to submit.

I can’t watch police brutality vids anymore – it causes me to consciously imagine violence, namely about retribution. And that is not a good “place” to occupy, because we’re trying to raise our consciousness, and unfortunately the reverse happens if you feel as I do about these sickening miscarriages of justice.
I believe that the abuse of police power is one of the greatest crimes a human being can commit. Very few of our police can bear the responsibility that comes with that kind of power.
I know what your saying but I have to wonder if they have been granted some sort of immunity like interpol. Interpol was granted immunity in the US and was said to be infiltrating the police department.
I think we need to increase sheriffs deputies in all counties. Seriously! They need to out number the police departments greatly.
Of course the attorney for the police will stick up for them…This is just a discussion i had in my criminal law class..police should not be able to investigate their own departments or level of jurisdiction..state should investigate local and federal should investigate state..you cant have internal affairs from within the same dept investigate something that happens with thier fellow co-workers…thats a joke in itself,.
And some people wonder why there are those who want cops to be killed, it’s because of things like this. The pigs should die.

Vote to change the laws – its the only power you have.
do you really think your vote matters? they put who they want in office. voting is a scam . here was a time that voting mattered, not anymore. they just want you to think your vote counts to keep people from rising up (my opinion). I think if people’s votes mattered, we wouldn’t keep getting the wrong people in office. It’s funny that the Patriot never gets into office anymore.

This is stupid… Do boss’s have no balls? If it were my police station every one of those people would be disciplined because i know they train people to disarm carefully and subdued safely. He is basically saying” you all werent there we were end of story” We need to stand and say” we know your procedures and they were broken”!!!!!!
