During the Agricultural Ministerial held in Sacramento, CA, USA, in the summer of 2003, legal protestors were subjected to police abuse and the trampling of democracy. This footage captures my personal experience.

How exactly was she cooperating? Glad we have police to protect actual hard working citizens againts people who think the constitution is a literal document. With the logic used by the protestors, I have the right to carry a gun on a plane, right? Why not?

I guess the Police can’t win, can they? You have the right to peaceful assembly, but people need to get to where they are going at the same time. People who either don’t care or don’t have the time to ‘peacefully assemble’ and protest every single thing that they disagree with.

People in the united states have the right to peaceably assemble and protest. The cops appear to be violating those rights.
1. The United States is a Republic. It’s stated in the Pledge of Alliegence.
2. There are rules to a peacefull assembly. You do as your told she was told to move and refused. Thats what you get.

She was instructed, blatantly refused to comply with the commands of Police officers therefore she is in the wrong! The crime is DISTURBING THE PEACE which is PC 451 and INTERFERING WITH THE DUTY’S OF A PUBLIC SURVENT/ RESISTING ARREST which is 148A1, as well as plainly documented within the video, TRESPASSING which is PC 602K. There are many more charges that she could have been charged with. It comes down to the overall safety and when ignored becomes criminal.
