the problem now is, if your alone or with a women and you get arrested you get tasered no matter what. I get cops are afraid of being attacked but if you have the guy pinned down and handcuffed and he is not resisting why taser him its not like he is the hulk and will break the chain.
They just enjoy seeing people scream and twitch on the ground like that. I feel sorry for cops’ wives if they do this when they are on camera image how bad they must be in their own homes.

people forget that a cop does, and will always have authority over the public, whether we like it or not, its not debatable…it is law, if a cop tells you to do something and you refuse, then this is called resisting. If the cop is wrong, then file a grievance with the department, file a lawsuit, speak with a supervisor. there are proper channels to stop cops who are wrong
get a license and don’t resist, you wouldn’t have got tasered or arrested….

Get a grip people. If you refuse lawful commands and resist arrest, Police can use pepperspray, a baton, or physical brute force, ALL 3 which are more dangerous then a taser. Getting a taser is doing you a favor. Or you can just do as your told.
Well I almost can agree woth Spkn07; however, pepperspray wouldn’t be as bad as tasering, simply because tasers can potentially kill if the person has a weak heart, pacemaker, etc. Pepperspray doesn’t do anything except temporarily blind an individual and cause great discomfort.

It doesn’t even look like he was resisting arrest..I think half the reason he was struggling was because he was leaned up against his car and it was rollin forward. All medical lake cops are pricks. Just the other week my homie got beat up by a cop over literally nothing. And i really mean nothing. The cop just decided he wanted to beat some ass I guess…
