Yeah, um, those hundreds of thousands of dollars they spent fighting the charges…..a judge in a different court ruled against the family. It’s public record, check it out.
This family had no reason to be investigated – let alone have their children taken away from them when there was proven to be no examples of abuse or child neglect. The worse fact is that when it was proven this family was innocent, the CPS refused to accept the facts and continued to try to prosecute this family without just cause.
Social services was called on me, twice. Not a pleasant experience, especially as I was not abusing my son. Anybody can call social services on anybody, anonymously. Social services is, and always was a fantastic fascist tool. I am ready for a revolution to restore our magnificent Constitution. Please. Let’s fucking do it.

I can start by saying that I believe that most of the people whom work for cps are on some real power trip.. maybe unpopular in school.. I don’t know all i know is that they have some issues. Alameda CPS is so dirty i can go on forever on how i feel about this shitty ass unprofessional program.. One suggestion get your own lawyer and not a public pretender because they are all in the shit together..

I went through it twice, as a child, placed in a childrens home with pedophiles, and then as a mother, with them accusing me of PAS and MSBP.
