Police corruption in Westminster, Colorado at Westminster PD. I was biking from the Westin Hotel accross a bridge past Benders Tavern and that’s where he stopped me, telling me to get off the bike. As you note he calls me mentally unstable after asking him about that and is very unprofessional and impolite. He then tells me I cannot eat anywhere on the promenade because I broke the rule of riding a bicycle in a non-riding area as well as me being mentally unstable. He then follows me and then tells me to get on the sidewalk or he’ll write me a ticket for not having a light. Eventually he leaves me alone but then shows up exactly where I go accross the street by the movie theater as I had plans to see a movie – Virginia Newbon told him exactly where I’d be going by her ability to track me she knows my every move then can direct her officer she illegaly put on staff on Westminster PD to “frame me” or “selectively enforce” laws against me that otherwise are not paid attention to by Westminster PD.
