090723 Negotiation Roles Good Cop, Bad Cop

One of the more notable roles on the contract negotiation team is that of, “Good Cop / Bad Cop”. This session will explore that dichotomy of roles and how effective it is and might be in your next negotiation. There is some risk with the roles, and we will explore that risk too.
