His girlfriend broke the tie when she obtained surveillance video that apparently led St. Louis prosecutors to drop charges that could have sent Barsh, 27, of St. Louis, to prison. Awesome video but nobody seems to go foward with criminal charges against the cop. It is OUR duty to file them with the D.A. If the d.a. does not follow up then I would file some against him and so on.
Cops hates Freedom, they hate it when civilians are free to do as they please as long as they are not breaking the law. The cops can’t stand that and they’ll arrest anyone and throw false charges against them. They love it when free civilians are carried out in body bags.

Problem is they’re legally allowed to lie. Which if I remember correctly totally interferes with Entrapment laws. But no case of entrapment has ever been pushed through the justice system in the last century.

… I was answering to monkor who said that the probable reason was that ‘he almost hit a pedestrian’ which is not the case… and the issue is that the police said the guy tried to run over the police officer which is not true either so where is the part that I dont know what im talking about?
I think that if they didnt lie about the guy trying to hit the police the guy would have ended in jail even if it was just because of running away from the police…
@kyleaudric ……Why would I file charges against the D.A. when the crooked cops obviously lied about what happened? You gotta be a cop or related to one. You simply keep making excuses for crooked cops.
@kyleaudric omg you knob! I did need the police last year and they failed miserably. I caught a guy trying to steal my car at 2am in the morning, he threatened me with a screwdriver so i pushed him on his ass and called the police. They turned up the next day and arrested me for assault because the thief made a complaint.
So from now on I look after myself and expect no help from anyone.
@kyleaudric the government seems to be owned by big business, they are failing we the people miserably. you may be the first to call the police but it will not matter, you can be dead before the police make it to you. my son was murdered in his vehicle. where were the police? perhaps they were at barry’s house kidnapping his child or some other retaliation crime against another HuMan Being.

Anyone know why this person was running in the first place? There appears to be a lot more to this story. Even if the charge of (attempting) to assault was dropped, what are the other charges that were in place? Look at it from both sides. My how quickly we trash talk the police based on a 45 sec video with vague, one-sided info. For those that dont care for or trust the cops, no one said you had to ask for their help…
they should have let the cop commit perjury, then pulled out the tape.
The world needs more citizens who are willing to protect themselves and their family – shoot renegade cops.
