this county has gone bad, this sheriff has come onto this familys property to steal personal belongings under a falsified document of perjed bank loan which has no documentations of ever being signed!

why was the trailer taken?
Well to be short, the story goes like this back several years ago the family (Husband and wife) went into their local bank to get a bank loan to help pay on some of the farming bills. After carefully looking at the terms, the family asked about the terms concerning wages and salary and other ssi and ssd payments being garnished in case of familiar to pay on the loan. The family decided not to go with the loan, no papers were signed.
After then the bank started showing up on the families property making claims against them on the loan. (remember to bear in mind no papers/loan agreements did the family sign) The family then had been brought to court being sued for the “loan” which then the family filed for bankruptcy (This was right before the operation silver screen and the new bankruptcy laws came into play)
Shortly following the matter the local Sheriffs swat team (then Operated by Haskel County Sheriff Larry (AKA Lawrence), Phoenix) including an ambulance parked across the street, (the driver was told to stand by encase any of the family members were killed during the raid). The swat team showing up in full tactical gear in the middle of the night children taking bathes in their trailer parents and such in the house on the property next door.
The grandma nearly had a heart attack the children now on medications including the husband. Showing up to court after the incident the judge found no warrants, no deeds, no papers whatsoever in any of the exhibits provided by the bank of the loan papers even existent. The judge told the family you have to pay it. The family argued.
The judge telling the family that if they even try to fight this that the judge will declare war by the skin on his very nose. The family filing for bankruptcy now has led up to the point seen in the videos. No warrant of such for being on the private property of any sort including but not limited to repossession of the warrant less property of both the family and their children personal belongings
(clothes, toys other personal things that they were not able to take from the trailer, and things not listed on the forged repossession list, I say forged because the judge residing in office was never even sworn into position in the first place as a judge) and farming equipment listed as protected under the USFC “Operation Silver Screen”.
Wow, that really sucks. I’m sorry that you had to go through all of this. Has anything come out of this since this incident happened? Hope your family is ok.
So now what we have is not only federal but now also mr. Gonzales ex- head of the US DOJ and even Mr. Bush Jr. himself! No protection had been granted to the family under operation silver screen. So the family kept on fighting in court but now the state has stepped in garnished the wife’s wages after they filed bankruptcy, following a short time after the local irs asking where their tax payments are,
and so the county was supposed to have a local auction. People started writing into the local newspaper asking hey what happened to the auction? Which has still never took place for the families farm equipment! Now it gets dirty.. The father started digging around and found that numerous checks had been written by the city employees, the sheriffs son firing his gun off as an old wild west hoe down in the sheriffs office destroying county property, (check written here)
Money not being reported to the local local treasury for illegal aliens stopping for ticket violations and much more the list goes on. We had Ms. Erin Brockovige look into the matter an attorney that is a highly roller as a chairman of the ninth circuit court and so on so forth.
It’s still going on, and the people in Kansas are terrified as they say its the first state so far to become a socialist state.
The husband was recently jailed for patting a deputy on the back they filed assaulting a police officer on him, and figure this they releaced him under an exception shake the deputies hand and we won’t file any charges on you but, (they say) we will keep it open encase something like this happens again. Now they have reason to shoot him with all he has stirred up SIC so encase he ends up dead we all know why.
