The dude with stop resisting story is an idiot… I bet he was resisting, he looks like a dumbass, why the hell fight the cops? they got guns don’t they plus he was probably drunk.
What was the initial charge? You can’t be charged with resisting arrest if you haven’t been charged with committing a crime to begin with. Just because somebody has a gun and a badge doesn’t mean that they have carte blanche to assault you at will. I’m going to assume that because he is standing on a sidewalk telling his side of the story, and not behind bars, that he was never charged with a crime. So that right there leads me to two possible conclusions.
1: He was a victim of police brutality.
Or
2: He is simply a guy making up a story about being a victim of police brutality.

dude I live in the USA, I know what’s going on. And for some reason I live just fine and all of my friends live just fine. Have you seen the Brutality in Russia? Now that’s a brutality, but the things that happen in the US that’s nothing and rarely happens compare to Russia. Yes I know that a lot of people don’t have Health Insurance but it doesn’t make Russia any better. You have to stay in lines in Russia and if you want to really get the care you have to give money to the doctors, not little.
