This is NOT Police brutality! !st, there is NO direct audio of the incident, just video. 2nd, you can see the so-called victims friend dancing with him @ 1st then stops way b4 his friend walks right up to the cop on the horse. The cops obviously gave everyone a verbal warning, the friend obeyed the warning but his wise ass buddy ignored it & continued toward them. Cops perceived a threat & stopped the wise ass in his tracks. Cops 100% right CNN should b ashamed of this report.
