@garland9803 I know that HAARP is based in Alaska, but Raytheon/US Navy joint manages a lot of secondary bases spread in other countries, except in Russia which is managed by their own military. Dozens of array facilities all over the world. Google “HAARP associated facilities” and check them on Google maps.

I know this all… because I live in Europe and since they made K.E.R.N. everything has become strange… The scientists say they have discoverd how to make earth quakes and stuff like thet but they do not want to give any further information…. They say ‘ If we say that everyone would be scared, the people aren’t ready for that information’
