How could all this happen especially after Sussex Police looked at the matter and said the whole issue was Civil? God thats a living nightmare!
Ian, I came across this story by chance while looking for freeman on the land info. Since then, I’ve followed with interest and its good to see your hard work being rewarded with the media now taking up the story. I even read it in the sunday newspaper on the weekend. Obviously for me, the important factor is WHO authorised the original raid by the police, which was a disgraceful waste of public money on an inncent member of the public. well done on standing up for your rights!
My story is identical to Ian Puddicks with an arrest and detention for a false allegation of harrassment, my home burgled on the same night,hard drive on computer accessed before a court hearing,contact alarm deactivated on front door, assaulted and robbed a few weeks later. I do not have the money to do what Ian did which is to launch a counter offensive. As a law abiding doctors who was harrassed by the police someone needs to make changes to them and I suggest Ian is the right person to do it
