I’m no lawyer, but it seems like there’s some federal issues here, too — like civil rights violations. If your blood pressure can handle it, I’d suggest adding the US Attorney and/or the DOJ to your bureaucrat rolodex.

He had bought child porn over the internet and a search of his Surprise home turned up illegal images and videos of children.
