Doris Holt wanted and participated in decisions regarding the pursuit of justice by the victims until her kidnapping by SC Officials. These same SC Officials were advised as required under the law that they were going to be named in a Federal Lawsuit for the cover-up conducted by the SC Agency in Conjunction with the FBI and private individuals. The price for Doris Holt to be returned to her son plaintiff James Spencer was to drop the pending tort claims lawsuit. Doris Holt disappeared totally on January 4, 2010. The lawsuit is being hindered but moving forward.
