Judicial Abuse – OPP Police Abuse of Power – Bracebridge Courthouse Intimidation

On May 12, 2011 a group of family advocates protested in front of the Bracebridge Courthouse in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada. This is the same courthouse where exactly a month earlier on April 12, 2011 an innocent man was sent to prison for 6 years for a crime he did not commit. The Muskoka CAS and the Muskoka OPP have developed an ill reputation for abusing their collective powers as they take children from loving parents and the police aid and abet the illegal actions of the Muskoka Children Aid Society. Reports have been received by local citizens that the OPP and CAS target anyone who dares to speak out against them. Such was the case on May 12, 2011 when one of the protesters, Chad Wells, was arrested, detained, harrassed, intimidated and threatened with being put in prison if he did not leave. Sources tell us that one of the arresting officers has asserted, that should Chad Wells be found or seen in the area he will be arrested! Investigative action is being taken by a team who specialize in exposing this kind of abuse of power by the police, Children’s Aid, lawyers, Crown Attorneys and Judges.
