Second, I’m pretty sure that this incident was on the news at one point and maybe the “officer” did say something. Last, but not least, regardless of what the victim (who in this case is Scott Tierney) was arrested for, the officers had no right to do what they have done. It’s unprofessional what they did.

You have to remember that they swore an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution. I have friends that are police officers that wouldn’t even do something like what’s shown in the video.
