Constance Cumbey, Matthew Fox And The "New Age Christ"

More than anyone else, Constance Cumbey is credited as being successful at waking the Christian church up to the New Age movement. Her best-selling book The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow warned Christians of “impending persecution” coming from this movement. In the mid-1980s, these warnings were perhaps the greatest cause of troubling concern within the church.

At the time, Cumbey was a guest on the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN), a Global Catholic Network, which was very popular then, and now available in over 150 million television households in more than 140 countries and territories.

Cumbey wrote, “I did the original work to alert the Christian world to the New Age Movement.”

Currently, an article on EWTN’s web site introduces, both, Cumbey’s book A Planned Deception and a chapter in it titled “The Incredible Heresies of Father Matthew Fox”. It also presents a paragraph from this chapter. Cumbey once thought that the world renowned Rev. Matthew Fox was most likely the “Antichrist”. She still believes Fox is a leader of the New Age movement.

Reverend Matthew Fox blames two specific people for his troubles with the Vatican in his book CONFESSIONS — THE MAKING OF A POST-DENOMINATIONAL PRIEST. It was Constance Cumbey and Cardinal Ratzinger.

In this article I present information about Constance Cumbey’s blog post about me and my New Age activist work. She says I am “closely affiliated” with Matthew Fox. Cumbey titled this post of hers The Fifth Seal? Persecution of the Church. Also, in response to this post she added comments about me, my work and Matthew Fox. They are also presented below.

In a way Cumbey is a leading opponent of the New Age movement. However, in a way she is also a promoter of the New Age movement. She actually want’s the New Age movement to grow and reach its goal, and does so, so that her prophesies concerning the New Age movement will be fulfilled, which would make her a prophetess/person of great importance.

To help promote the New Age movement, Cumbey often does not tell the truth about it, and she often helps particular leaders and potential leaders of this movement, the ones that she wants to be in the limelight, to get into the limelight…and does so, by, both, displaying links to their articles and posting sections of some of their articles on her blog, and by also making false accusations about them. So please do not believe everything she writes and says about the New Age movement and its activists.

Cumbey has two sections of my article Proposed Occupy Wall Street Global Initiative displayed on her blog post The Fifth Seal? Persecution Of The Church.

Cumbey believes the “New Age Christ” (the end-times Antichrist) will soon usher in a New World Order. In respect to the Biblical prophesied coming New World Order, Pope Benedict XV wrote: “A world government shall arise, all national loyalties will be vanquished, there will inevitatably follow a reign of terror.”

Pope Benedict XV’s prophesied to come “reign of terror” is associated with the opening of the “fifth seal”. “And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held.” (Revelation, Chapter 6, KJV)

Cumbey claims that a world renowned former Roman Catholic priest, who is now an Episcopalian, Rev. Matthew Fox, is a leader of the New Age movement. In Robert Fuller’s book Naming the Anti-Christ – the history of the American Obsession, he wrote that Cumbey said Matthew Fox is “in all likely hood the anti-Christ himself.” In Cumbey’s blog post The Fifth Seal? Persecution of the Church she claims that I am “closely affiliated with Matthew Fox”, and she now seems to be suggesting that I am in all likely hood the anti-Christ himself – or, in other words, the “New Age Christ”.

Cumbey wrote, “ Lee Penn and I have both wondered out loud if Mr. Dahlheimer had read our respective books and took everything we warned against as something positive and wonderful for the world… (she later wrote)… Lee Penn and I were correct: Dahlheimer has inverted everything!…Lee Penn will be on air with me tomorrow night…We will also be talking about Thomas Dahlheimer… Dahlheimer claims he is not alone in his views and that he and this resolution have support both in the Occupy Movements and at the United Nations…The revelations on Dahlheimer just keep coming.”

Cumbey also wrote: “There are moves among some in the Occupy Movement to harness UN and Native American support for a New Age earth worshiping religion. One New Age/Occupy Movement activist, Thomas Dahlheimer boasts that he is meeting with UN and other leaders. He would like to have Catholics in particular and Christians unwilling to go along with the ‘New World Religion’ branded and treated as ‘eco-terrorists’.”

Cumbey has wrongly declared that the “New World Religion” is a “New Age earth worshipping religion”. It is a New Age eco-religion, manifesting itself as the UN lead global ethic movement, but it is not a religion that worships the earth.

Archbishop Javier Lozano Barragan, the president of a Pontifical Council, called the UN lead global ethic movement an “eco-religion”. He said it manifests itself “as a new spirituality that supplants all religions, because the latter have been unable to preserve the ecosystem.” Vatican Radio said the popular film Avatar “cleverly winks at all those pseudo-doctrines that turn ecology into the religion of the millennium”.

Ecology as the “millennium’s religion”, or “New World Religion”, stems from the “Gaia Hypothesis”, which James Lovelock, a world renowned scientist and futurist, offered as a new paradigm shift, a shift from viewing nature as a machine, which is a materialist paradigm, to viewing our Earth, named Gaia, as a living organism with a self regulating consciousness.

Contrary to Cumbey’s misleading statement that the New World Religion is a “New Age earth worshipping religion”, I, after reading articles and books by New Age movement leaders, wrote:

(1.) “The belief in a world soul that is honored and prayed to, as is Gaia, by New Age Gaians, is not just a contemporary belief and spiritual practice. This belief and spiritual practice is ancient and found in both Eastern and Western culture.”

(2.) “The world soul is a spiritual principle having the same relation to the physical world as the human soul does to the body. New Age Gaians of the New World Religion believe the world soul (Gaia) is not accorded the status of being the Ultimate Source, or Supreme Cosmic Spirit, but might be looked upon as an archangelic being, or Brahma in the Hindu religion, or the White Buffalo Cafe Woman in the Lakota people’s Native American religion, or Mary the mother of Jesus in the Roman Catholic religion.”

(3.) “James Lovelock wrote: ‘What if Mary is another name for Gaia?’ Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, is not worshiped.”

(4.) “When referring to Gaia as the world soul, David Spangler, one of the founding figures of the modern New Age movement, wrote: ‘It is generally not accorded the status of being the ultimate source, or Creator, but might be looked upon as a great angelic or archangelic being presiding over the well being of the world, or as the gestalt, the wholeness of all the lives and patterns that manifest upon, and as, the earth.'”

(5.) “Robert Muller (1923 – 2010), who was for a time the Assistant Secretary-General of the UN and called the “Prophet of Hope”, wrote, ‘Hindus call our earth Brahma, or God, for they rightly see no difference between our earth and the divine.’ Brahma is not the Hindus Supreme Cosmic Spirit, or almighty God, and is considered somewhat corrupt. Hindus believe Brahma is divine, but most Hindus do not worship Brahma, or our Earth.”

(6.) “The New World Religion views the world soul as the spirit of the earth, physically manifesting itself as the earth, or Brahma/Gaia, who presides over the well being of the world and is subject to the authority/will of God almighty.”

Swami B. V. Tripurari wrote, in his book, Ancient Wisdom for Modern Ignorance: “Our present environmental crisis is in essence a spiritual crisis. We need only to look back to medieval Europe and the psychic revolution that vaulted Christianity to victory over paganism to find the spirit of the environmental crisis.”

“Inhibitions to the exploitation of nature vanished as the Church took the ‘spirits’ out of the trees, mountains, and seas. Christianity’s ghost-busting theology made it possible for man to exploit nature in a mood of indifference to the feelings of natural objects. It made nature man’s monopoly. This materialist paradigm has dominated the modern world for the last few centuries.”

“The current deplorable environmental crisis demands a spiritual response. A fundamental reorientation of human consciousness.”

While calling for a fundamental reorientation of human consciousness, or a new spiritual relationship between man and nature, Al Gore, in his book Earth In The Balance, praises traditional Native American spiritualism, which has a true spiritual sense of our place in nature. In spite of this calling of Gore’s and other influential leaders, the Christian church continues to promote its old earth-destroying relationship between man and nature. Christianity believes man is separate from nature and is suppose to dominate it. Native American spiritualism believes man is a part of nature and that he is to live in harmony with nature.

Mr. Gore wrote: “The spiritual sense of our place in nature predates Native American cultures; increasingly it can be traced to the origins of human civilization…the prevailing ideology of belief in prehistoric Europe and much of the world was based on the worship of a single earth goddess…The last vestige of organized goddess worship was eliminated by Christianity as late as the fifteenth century in Lithuania.”

In spite of the value of Native American spiritualism and the value of the spiritualism of all the Indigenous peoples residing throughout the western hemisphere, the Christian church has been trying, since the European Christian invasion of the Americas, to completely eliminate it by genocidal colonization processes – it’s a church mission fueled by racism, religious bigotry and corporate greed – which have been ongoing for 500 plus years.

Statements of mine on Cumbey’s blog post read:

“The Coordinator of the Owe Aku International Justice Project, Kent Lebsock (Lakota), recently addressed the Occupy Wall Street protesters…and said: ‘Corporate greed is the driving factor for the global oppression and suffering of Indigenous populations. It is the driving factor for the conquest and continued suffering for the Indigenous peoples on this continent.'”

“Many Indigenous peoples and their supporters seek the formal revocation of the 1493 papal bull Inter Caetera, which was a Vatican command to Christopher Columbus on his second voyage to the ‘new world’. This degree sought to establish domination world-wide and called for subjugation of non-Christian peoples and upon Christian discovery gave ultimate dominion over their lands.”

“An estimated 100 million Indigenous people were eradicated during the genocidal process of Europe’s Christian colonization of the western hemisphere.”

“Indigenous leaders recently presented a proposal to the Occupy Wall Street General Assembly. In it they request that Occupy Wall Street repudiate the Doctrine of Christian Discovery, endorse the repeal of the papal bull Inter Caetera (1493), call for a repeal of the Columbus Day holiday, and work for the reversal of the U.S. Johnson v. McIntoch case of 1823.”

“U.S. Chief Justice John Marshall based the Johnson v. McIntosh ruling upon, in part, the papal bull Inter Caetera. In the case he said that the discovery of ‘heathens’ by Christian people gave the Christians ‘ultimate dominion’ over the ‘discovered Indian’. This decision has never been overturned and remains the legal foundation for all American government dealings with the Indian/Indigenous populations.”
“Indigenous leaders are saying: ‘Inter Caetera is the foundation of the international system we live under today and directly related to the corporate-state-military occupation and rape of Mother Earth.'”

In other words, Indigenous leaders are saying, Inter Caetera is the foundation of the international system we live under today and directly related to the corporate-state-military occupation and destruction of Mother Earth’s life supporting ecosystem. And that Inter Caetera is, therefore, directly responsible for our current world-wide ecological crisis, a crisis that threatens the existence of all life on earth.

The Roman Catholic Church continues to support the earth destroying international system we live under today, a system founded and sustained by the papal bull Inter Caetera. Pope Benedict XVI has been asked by Indigenous leaders to formally revoke this papal bull and work to establish a new international system. Because he has not yet formally revoked this papal bull, I, therefore, believe that the Roman Catholic Church continues to be an institution that is destroying our earth’s life supporting ecosystem.

Some more statements of mine in Cumbey’s blog post read:

“Indigenous leaders are asking Occupy Wall Street (OWS) to include ‘as a demand that we consider a global strategy for dealing with our current path to planetary destruction’…I recommend OWS to adopt a particular group of influential UN leaders’ already established global strategy…Influential leaders of the UN are on a mission to achieve world peace and ecological balance by establishing a One World Government and by also uniting the worlds religions into a One World Religion based on syncretism and the Gaia Hypothesis.”

“During the opening ceremony of the UN Earth Summit (2000), which was centered around a Viking long-ship named Gaia, Maurice Strong, a very influential UN leader, gave a speech wherein he said: ‘The concept of national sovereignty has been an immutable, indeed sacred, principle of international relations. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation…”

“Robert Muller (1923 – 2010) was once the Assistant Secretary-General of the UN and called the “Prophet of Hope”. Muller said: “We must move as quickly as possible to a one-world government; a one-world religion; under a one-world leader.”

Note: In Cumbey’s blog post she has some paragraphs and sentences of my article highlighed. Below, Cumbey’s highlighted parts of my article are displayed in dark letters.

“The Catholic Church’s opposition to efforts to establish a one world government: In Pope Benedict XVI’s encyclical, Caritas in Veritate, he speaks directly against a one-world government. In paragraph 41, he says ‘We must promote a dispersed political authority.’ He explains that ‘The integrated economy of the present day does not make the role of States redundant, but rather it commits governments to greater collaboration with one another…’ In paragraph 57 he says, ‘In order not to produce a dangerous universal power of a tyrannical nature, the governance of globalization must be marked by subsidiarity.’ Subsidiarity is a principle of Catholic social teaching which states that matters ought to be handled by the smallest, lowest or least centralized competent authority – as being essential.”

“Therefore, I believe that the Roman Catholic Church, the institution that initiated, promoted and still supports the world-wide subjugation of Indigenous peoples and earth destroying international system we live under today… presents itself as a global institution opposed to any attempt, by any organization or individual, to solve the world’s current crisis problems, [if] the organization or individual is attempting to do so by establishing a one world government… and I believe that it is doing this, at this crucial time, when it is the only feasible way to solve the world’s current crisis problems that threaten the existence of all life on earth, as some world leaders also believe is the current situation.

“The United Religions Initiative (URI), an international organization modeled after the UN, and affiliated with the UN, has a mission to help the UN achieve world peace by establishing a world union of religions. In opposition to this effort, Cardinal Arinze, head of the Vatican’s Council for Inter-Religious Dialogue, said ‘the Roman Catholic Church is opposed to the United Religions Initiative’. And Pope Benedict XVI has stated that he is opposed to ‘the effort to establish a world-wide reign of peace by means of a world union of religions’.”

“The Roman Catholic Church is also opposed to religious syncretism that seeks to establish a one world religion. Some people who are involved with the URI believe it will soon adopt this form of religious syncretism… and do so, because they see the UN beginning to change its original mission of promoting the principle of separativeness, or national sovereignty, to – as previously stated – ‘a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the new imperatives of global environmental cooperation’.”

Bishop William Swing is the President and Founder of the United Religions Initiative, in 1994 Swing accepted Matthew Fox as an Episcopal priest. Following this development, Lee Penn wrote: “The interfaith movement, including the URI, is being promoted by globalist and New Age reformers who favor erosion of national sovereignty, marginalization of traditional religions, establishment of ‘global governance’, and creation of a new, Earth-based ‘global spirituality’ – in effect, a one-world religion. Therefore, the URI and the interfaith movement are poised to become the spiritual foundation of the New World Order:…”

“The Roman Catholic Church believes that lasting world peace and security can only be achieved after (1.) the future ‘antichrist’ establishes his one world government, and (2.) a ‘reign of terror” occurs under the ‘antichrist’s’ administration, and (3.) ‘Christ returns’ to put an end to the ‘antichrist’s’ one world government and ‘reign of terror’, and finally (4.) Christ establishes a new one world government.”

I believe that lasting world peace and security will be achieved after the “antichrist”/New Age Christ establishes a one world government and that this will fulfill all the authentic prophesies associated with the second and final coming of Jesus Christ.

“Therefore, I believe that the Roman Catholic Church is not only opposed to the effort to establish a one world government, but that it is also, and even more so, opposed to the effort to establish, both, a one world government and one world religion. And I believe it is in opposition to this means of achieving world peace and security, when, at this crucial time, it is the only means feasible to achieve peace and security, or, the only means feasible to solve a multifaceted world wide crisis – a crisis problem that, if not solved in a shore period of time, will escalate and possibly destroy all life on earth.”

“If this is the case, what hope does the world have with the Roman Catholic Church standing in the way?”

“Because of this situation, could the Roman Catholic Church be justly considered an eco-terrorist institution and its members eco-terrorists?

I believe that lasting world peace and security will be achieved after the “antichrist”/New Age Christ establishes a one world government and that this will fulfill all the authentic prophesies associated with the second and final coming of Jesus Christ.

“Alice Bailey started World Goodwill, an organization within the UN. One of its aims is: ‘To cooperate in the work of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ.’ This aim-statement is not referring to the traditional Christian concept of who Christ is, but rather the New Age Christ (a person living on earth today) who New Agers believe will soon appear (reveal his messianic identity) and unite all religions and countries as well as establish lasting world peace and environmental security.”

“In the late 1960s, a leader of the counter-cultural hippie revolution, along with his wife and I, traveled to Wahkon, Minnesota from California to potentially establish a counter-cultural community there. At the time, our plans to unite humanity, establish world peace and ecological balance temporarily came to an end. However, there are some indications that we will be getting together again in Wahkon, to promote a New Age Gaian, world view around the word wahkon, counter cultural, global initiative…an Occupy Wahkon Global Initiative.”

“It is a global initiative to achieve world peace and ecological balance by, in part, influencing UN leaders and Occupy Wall Street to adopt the counter culture’s (or my) New Age Gaian, world view around the word wahkon, earth saving and world unifying mission.”

The word wahkon, sometimes spelled wakan, is a “Sioux” (Dakota/Lakota) word that means holy. The Lakota are used to portray all Native tribes in Hollywood, anyone wanting to see a “real Indian” wants to see a war bonnet and a tipi. Therefore, when people watch the traditional Hollywood movies about Native people they often hear the Lakota using the word wahkon.

Hence, the word wahkon has become a term that is engrained in the world psychic, and is thought to be a word used or associated with all the Indigenous peoples of the Americas. It is a term that has a strong and universal concept; and it is a term/word that represents the traditional sacred life ways of all Indigenous tribal peoples. Stephen Gaskin, a leader of the hippie counter-culture revolution, wrote: “The word wakan has a strong and universal concept and people all around the world know something about it.”

At the 1983 annual Tekakwitha Conference, a Roman Catholic conference of Indigenous people of North America (a conference that I attended), a missionary Priest and leader of the conference addressed a large number of conference participants during a Rev. Matthew Fox lead group meeting and said: “There is a whole world-view around the word wahkon“. After the meeting, I met with Matthew Fox and, at the time, I told him that I came to the conference with a whole world-view around the word wahkon, a youth of the 1960s counter-cultural, hippie world-view around the word wahkon.

After the meeting, Matthew Fox asked me to “stay in touch” with him. Years later, he gave his support for my effort and movement to change the faulty-translation and profane name of Minnesota’s “Rum River”. I am trying to change this river’s profane name back to its sacred Dakota/Lakota name Wahkon.

Cumbey wrote in a blog post comment of hers:

“The revelations on Dahlheimer just keep coming…. From his January 25, 2010 article, I read the following:”

“From the beginning of my participation in the Latter Rain “Christian” and New Age movement I have been working to destabilize and redefine the true (though imperfect) church of Jesus Christ, the Roman Catholic Church. I believe that the Roman Catholic Church is the intermediary church, and that it has a mission to lead the way to the establishment of the (fully) true church of Jesus Christ, a future church that will be named the Wahkon Catholic Church. This church will house a new (non-Christian) Universal Religion and its leaders (who will know Jesus as their guru) will usher in the New Age. This future Universal Religion will soon be established in Wahkon, Minnesota.”

“To usher in this new ‘Universal Religion’ an old out-dated foundational dogma of the Roman Catholic Church, a dogma which describes ‘the mission of Jesus Christ’, which has been proven to be impossible to accomplish by modern-day science, has to be renounced as a false doctrine by the Roman Catholic Church hierarchy. Then, a new church, the Wahkon Catholic Church, an expression of the youth of 1960s counter-cultural, New Age syncretistic universal religion needs to be established in the place of the old out-dated Roman Catholic Church. Its land and buildings can then be used by the members of this new universal religion.”

I believe that when the “new universal religion” is fully established it will be the ultimate and only lasting expression of the (mentioned above) “New World Religion”.

Here, I will explain what the (mentioned above) “old out-dated foundational dogma of the Roman Catholic Church” is and why it needs to be renounced as a false doctrine. I’ll start by first presenting information about how an old out-dated doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church was, in the seventeenth century, proven to be a false doctrine by scientific discovery, and then, after a time of denial and persecution of some scientists, renounced by the Roman Catholic Church as a false doctrine.

“The Earth is firmly fixed; it shall not be moved.” – Psalms 104:

This bible verse shackled the minds of men for thousands of years, and held back the advance of science. It was this verse that was used as evidence against Galileo, who argued for the theory of Copernicus, that the earth is not immovable, but rotates around the sun. It was for teaching this that he was called to Rome in 1633, and tried for the crime of heresy.

The aged Galileo, in his 70’s, was taken down into the dungeons of the church and shown the instruments of torture that were going to be used on him if he did not recant. Fearing the torture, and fearing that he might share the fate of Giordano Bruno, whom the church burned at the stake a generation earlier for the same crime, Galileo recanted the truth. He was then confined to his home under house arrest, neither allowed to leave or to receive visitors for the rest of his life.

Robert Bellarmine, Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church and the foremost Vatican theologian of the seventeenth century, wrote: “But to affirm that the Sun is really fixed in the center of the heavens and that the Earth revolves very swiftly around the Sun is a dangerous thing, not only irritating the theologians and philosophers, but injuring our holy faith and making the sacred scriptures false.”

Not only did scientific discoveries in the seventeenth century prove a particular “sacred” scripture false, but modern-day scientific discoveries have proven that the “sacred” scriptures that form the very thesis of the Bible – they being the scriptures upon which the underlining foundational dogma of the Roman Catholic Church is based – are false.

When the U.S. Catholic Bishops wrote about the scriptures that form the thesis of the Bible they wrote: “The whole Bible is spanned by the narrative of the first creation (Gn 1:3) and the vision of a restored creation at the end of history” (RV. 21:1-4). When stating the mission of Jesus Christ, a mission associated with the thesis of the Bible, the Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church says: “Jesus came to restore creation to the purity of its origins” (CCC, n. 2336). A Biblical scripture states that “the creation itself”, will be “delivered from the bondage to corruption” (Romans 8:21).

Let us examine the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church that describe the supposed original purity of the creation.

St. Symeon wrote: “Neither Eve nor Paradise were yet created, but the whole world had been brought into being by God as one thing, as a kind of paradise, at once incorruptible yet material and perceptible.”

St. John of Damascus wrote: “The creation of all things is due to God, but corruption came in afterwards due to our wickedness…For God did not make death, neither does He take delight in the destruction of living things” (Wisdom 1:13). But death is the work rather of man, that is, its origin is in Adam’s transgression.”

St. Ignatius Brianchaninov wrote: “Plants were not subjected either to decay or to diseases; both decay and diseases and the weeds themselves, appeared after the alteration of the earth following the fall of man.”

St. Basil the Great wrote: “…it is customary for vultures to feed on corpses, but since there were not yet corpses, nor yet their stench, so there was not yet such food for vultures. But all followed the diet of swans and all grazed the meadows…the beasts…were not carnivores…such was the first creation, and such will be the restoration after this.”

Nowadays, everyone knows that the earth is not immoveable, and that it revolves very swiftly around the Sun. Likewise, today everyone in their right mind knows that the above statements by “saints” are not true and that the creation was not originally pure and then fell into “the bondage to corruption” when the first humans (“Adam and Eve”) sinned.

According to the Roman Catholic Church and Biblical scriptures, “Adam and Eve” (“the first humans”) sinned and the creation consequently “fell into a state of corruption”, causing many animals to become carnivorous. However, the truth is, the first human beings from which we are all descendents of came into existence around 200,000 years ago and violent complex carnivorous animals came into existence around 550 million years before “Adam and Eve”.

Also, before “Adam and Eve”, or the first humans, were on this earth, six near total mass extinctions of all animals had occurred. These mass extinctions caused a lot of suffering. Hence, at that time (a time span before “Adam and Eve”) the creation was in a state of corruption.

In addition, there were humans, or human-like creatures, living on earth for around three million years before modern-day humans, or “Adam and Eve, came into existence on the earth. They experienced natural catastrophes, diseases, injuries, debilitating effects of aging and death. This proves that, at that time (a time span before “Adam and Eve) the creation was in a state of corruption. The creation was not pure and then fell into a state of corruption when “Adam and Eve” sinned.

Modern-day scientific discoveries have proven that the creation has never been pure and can not, therefore, be “restored to the purity its origins”.
This proves that the every thesis of the Bible is fundamentally deceptive, as is also the underlining foundational dogma of the Roman Catholic Church, a dogma based on the Bible’s thesis.

Modern-day scientific discoveries have proven that the Roman Catholic Church is a fundamentally deceptive religion, and they have, therefore, also made it an out-dated religion. Therefore, this out-dated dogma of the Roman Catholic Church needs to be renounced as a false doctrine and the Roman Catholic Church needs to be disestablished.

Comments by Cumbey that were posted in response to her blog post:

“And I just found more, much more. THOMAS DAHLHEIMER is also closely affiliated with ex-communicated former Catholic theologian MATTHEW FOX and his whole apostate community.

“Here’s from another observer on a forum that quoted Dahlheimer’s 1-25-10 article:”

“An Episcopal priest and theologian who popularized the rave-like ‘Techno Cosmic Mass’ and advocated goddess worship recently led a seminar on mysticism and Earth spirituality to coincide with Earth Day.”

“Warning that environmental degradation caused by raging against ‘Gaia’ had to cease, the Rev. Matthew Fox made frequent references to “the Goddess” and the divine feminine during his environmentally-themed lecture and workshop, ‘Earth Spirituality and the Mystical Tradition’.
