An officer I assumed to be driver was found inside a inside a restaurant having a samwich, visible from outside through the window. –continued– Police know about what the fire department are up to often before they are on their engine/truck and moving. It’s also pretty safe to say that if PFB had to hook to a/the hydrant most people in the area would already know about the fire. There would be a bit of smoke/alarms and such.
