   It’s vital to remember that false arrest is a crime, just as much as aggravated assault; they are both felonies. IT IS THE DUTY OF THE CITIZEN TO RESIST FALSE ARREST, EVEN TO THE POINT OF KILLING THE ARRESTING OFFICER.

   PHOENIX (AP)09.04.07 — The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 51-year-old Richard Michael Polk, a former Phoenix police homicide detective, faces between five and 15 years in state prison after pleading guilty in a child pornography case to 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He had bought child porn over the internet and a search of his Surprise home turned up illegal images and videos of children.

   Make your front entryway a man trap. By the time they get to your front door they’re trapped between both. Then they have to prove their authority or be held until REAL authority arrives to take them into custody. If they then choose to escalate with threats of lethal force, spray ‘em down with a little gasoline. I promise they won’t shoot then.

    I’m no lawyer, but it seems like there’s some federal issues here, too — like civil rights violations. If your blood pressure can handle it, I’d suggest adding the US Attorney and/or the DOJ to your bureaucrat rolodex.

    hey if the plainclothes unidentified men (cops) want to come in let them break in. and have one of you standing there with a shotgun. That will straighten their ass out real quick. If you dont believe in guns use baseball bats or an axe. If they fail to identify themselves and enter your home you have the legal right to kill them. have video cameras pointed to the door to make sure they cant charge you for killing a police officer unlawfully. If they think they can harrass you show them diferent

    That corrupt bitch got owned. The Amerian people are getting smart. They are learning to use recorders and vid cams to expose the lies, corruption and Nazi tactics by those in power. I encourage all Americans to purchase vid cams and use them. They are the only defense you will have against the gov and local corrupt police. They fear vid cams take my word for it.

    acer… of course, the almighty police chief Larry Ratcliff has yet to respond to our immediate voicemessage asking him to be available to do some “straight talk” to the problem that the cops have in going to jail as is Karen Westover under Arizona Law concerning “hindering prosecution” when a lawyer knows of federal crimes commited, ethical violation of “misprisiom” applies if unreported. Yea, good old boy Ratcliff is too busy filling up on donuts…
