If you put the food into a small bowl, it will look fulfilling and inviting. Psychologically, you will feel satisfied, just like you had filled up a large round plate with food.
One a week, eat foods that taste like they have a lot of calories but actually only have a small amount of calories in them. These foods include shrimp, lobster or a small dollop of whipped cream. You can shrimp from the seafood department of your local grocery store and have them steam and season it to your liking..
There are many other easy ways to lose weight without going on a diet. The most important theme in all of this is that you are making your mind believe that you are being satisfied. Other easy ways to lose weight include drinking plenty of water. This helps keep you full and it helps the body to burn more fat.
You can also fill up on fiber. If you eat more fiber and whole grains, you’ll find that you feel fuller for a longer amount of time. These types of foods usually are lower the calories than other foods, so you can eat more of them.
Exercise is also key. Without it, it is just about impossible to lose weight and keep it off. If you begin to stop exercise, the weight will inevitably creep back on. To stay motivated select exercise videos that you like to do. Sure it may take a while to find one you like. But eventually you will find something you like.
