This West Palm Beach, Florida police department video shows a handcuffed robbery suspect being kicked and punched repeatedly by 3 officers  August 11 2008

Nice job guys, no need for the courts anymore, I guess you guys can just decide peoples guilt and dole out punishment to them as you see fit.

What’s easier and more fun than abusing people who are laying on the ground handcuffed?  Apparently abusing paralyzed people!  I wonder if the new catch phrase at the HCSO is something like “easier than dumping a cripple from a wheel chair”

Deputy Charlotte Marshall Jones of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was caught on tape dumping a quadriplegic man out of his wheelchair while he was being booked into jail.

32-year-old Brian Sterner suffered a spine injury during a wrestling accident when he was 18 and has been a quadriplegic ever since.

I’m sick of this country and how it just allows police officers to do anything they want. There needs to be tougher regulations governing police behavior, it’s to protect the rights of people in our society. If you want to be a police officer, you MUST adhere to a high code of conduct that ensures the safety of EVERYONE. No exceptions.

I think one of the main contributors is the fact that the majority of them seem to be pumped full of steriods, which can increases aggression.
    I would advise major petitions to be started throughout the states of America and sent to the White House. America should belong to the people, let the presidency know that the people have had enough!
